Remove: pilar cysts are so easy to remove.  Smaller incision than the cyst. Easy dissection. They pop out. Just have them excised not drained.

SURGERY WITH KNIFE: You inject a lacal anesthetic or give ga, depending on the size and site ou the cyst and make an incision in scalp after shaving and cleaning that area and dissecting and removing the cyst in one piece and then putting closing sutures.

i have a cyst on the back top of my head, ivr had it for 7 uears, it hasn't grown, there is no pain, should i be concerned,  or not let it worry me?

Not to worry: I think it's nothing to worry about but please keep an eye on it. If it grows, becomes painful or itchy, or hardens etc. you may also want to see a surgeon if it bothers you cosmetically.

: I don't see where the head wound would have any influence of any of your usual activities other than those that involve it directly. In other words, don't play soccer &amp; head butt the ball.

How do you know it: burst?  This could be a sebacous cyst, and if this indeed did burst under the skin, in could become more inflammed, red, swollen and painful. If so, this could require an incision and drainage by a doctor.  Your pain is a warning sign something is wrong.  Go see a doctor.

Depends: some simple cysts will resolve with conservative care: warm soaks, antiinflmmatory meds and topically with triple antibiotic ointment; however, having said that, infected cysts usually require surgical  incision and drainage.

why on one testicle i can feel epididymis structure/ head on top very prominently then the other testicle one ?? its head start point feel like a ball sorts and i do have an spermatocele cyst on the same epididymis so is it due to that ???

: Have you ever had a sexually transmitted disease like gonorrhea or chlamydia?  Either way, you may have had a mild case of epididymitis on that one side. I have found that men keep worrying about testicular lumps,irregularities&amp; tenderness and are never totally reassured until they consult a urologist for advice.
