I have a cyst on the back top of my head, ivr had it for 7 uears, it hasn't grown, there is no pain, should i be concerned, or not let it worry me?

Not to worry: I think it's nothing to worry about but please keep an eye on it. If it grows, becomes painful or itchy, or hardens etc. you may also want to see a surgeon if it bothers you cosmetically.
