More info needed...: ... the most important info needed is how long ago were your wisdom teeth extracted? If they were impacted and involved bone resection to remove, full healing can take a month, possibly a bit longer. Any post operative issues should be addressed by your surgeon.

Impacted and malpositioned wisdom teeth can contribute to headaches as well as a variety of other symptoms.  Your dentist can evaluate you and provide you with more information.

Yes: If an infection develops then it can cause fever. Also the pain may cause you not to eat and drink adequately and the resulting dehydration will also contribute to developing a fever.

Possible causes: The foul taste could be related to a number of different causes.  The taste of dried blood, trapped food or debris, or loss of the blood clot (dry socket) are some reasons why you could be experiencing a bad taste.  Another possibility could be a postoperative infection.  If you are experiencing pain and swelling associated with the bad taste, you may want to consult with y our dentist or surgeon.
