Yes, if....: Usually impacted wisdom teeth don't cause much problem besides some pain and shifting of your teeth over time. It should not cause lip/face swelling unless there is an infection occuring in the area etc..
So, i would not blame your symptoms on the wisdom-teeth itself.

Wisdom teeth: Wisdom teeth cannot cause neck spasms to my knowledge. Head pressure is a vague symptom. Certainly wisdom teeth can cause pain and pressure throughout the jaws, face and even the head. See a board certified oral surgeon in consultation to determine if your wisdom teeth are causing the problem and whether they need to be removed.

Discoloration/pain: You had surgery.  There will be a healing curve.  Not knowing how long ago the surgery was done, or how difficult the extractions were, the best advice I can offer you is:  1.  Follow your specialist Oral Surgeon's written instructions to the letter.  2.  If you have any questions, or need post surgical support (and it sounds as if you do), call the Surgeon's office.

: See your dentist first to get a referral to an Oral Surgeon who can take a Cone Beam Volumetric Tomogram to rule out wisdom teeth impaction due to your young age which can cause headaches, earaches, &amp; jaw pain. If not wisdom teeth pain, a dentist trained in Temporal Mandibular Dysfunction will aid in the diagnosis &amp; treatment of jaw pain which can cause similar symptoms.

Premature: 16 is at least, on average,2-3 years early for wisdom teeth to erupt, but it's been known to happen. No way to tell without examination and x-rays. As you are 16 you will need to have a parent take you to your General Dentist or to a specialist Oral Surgeon for a proper evaluation.

Not usually: Wisdom tooth pain is at the site of the tooth and may radiate, but not usually tothe back of the head. Go to the dentist and have your third molar wisdom teeth checked out and ruled out.  If the dentist cannot help, then run, do not walk, to the physician for further examination to determine the source of your pain.  Pain is the body telling you something is wrong and you need help right-away.
