Ear vs TMJ: Any other signs of TMJ problem? Painful chewing, limited oral opening, jaw clicking? if so, you probably have TMJ - see TMJ expert.
If only ear pain, take OTC pain meds and see ENT doc.

Maybe: If the drops are antibiotic eye drops, thrycan may be effective in the ear to treat an ear infection.  I would recommend being evaluated by a doctor and using appropriate medications though.

Pain : Common cause for popping is fluid in middle ear canal. This causes the ear drum to retract. The "pop" is caused by re-expandion of the drum. The stretching of the drum causes pain

is it normal to feel pain in no-hole ear some time after pressing the outside of the ear? pain goes up and down. i used oiled cotton pads in shower.

Need diagnosis: If you push in front of the ear, you may have a  problem with the jaw joint.  Another possibility is the use of a Q-tip may be irritating the skin of the external ear canal causing external otitis, which is an infection of the ear canal skin.  Stop using instruments to clean your ear canals. I presume the term "no-hole ear" means you have no perforation of the ear drum.

See a doctor: you need to take him to your PCP or to a ENT you know that definitly is not normal it could be a perforated drum so do not mess with it and take him to a doctor preferably ENT

No, but: if you have a lot of mucus you may have congestion in your ear causing increased pressure, which can hurt and cause the ringing sensation.  If you develop a fever or have worsening symptoms go see your doctor or urgent care.

No: In an older child or adult, ear pressure or pain can be from an ear infection, a sinus infection, or some problem inside the throat. A doctor can evaluate to see if a patient needs antibiotics, oral or ear drops.  Sometimes, migraine headaches or a case of shingles can cause ear pain. Swimmer's ear (ear canal skin infection) is likely if one has been swimming and if moving the earlobe causes pain.
