Prilosec works: Prilosec is a very good option for hoarseness caused by reflux. While there are prescription meds that work a bit better, Prilosec works very well (especially considering it is otc and relatively inexpensive). Of course, other issues that can cause vocal cord irritation (like a recent uri) will make the hoarseness worse.

Ear infection?: With ear pain, dizziness, fever, i would be highly suspicious of a middle or even inner ear infection. 'popping' ears usually indicates some amount of fluid trapped in the middle ear space. A doctor needs to look in your ear and determine if you need medicine , and if not, what therapy can relieve your symptoms. If this has gone on 4 days, you need to get this worked out in the next couple of days.

Stomach acid: Vomiting causes the contents of the stomach to be regurgitated back up the esophagus, into the throat and mouth. The stomach contains a fair amount of acid in order to help digest food. When you vomit, this acid comes up as well, and vomiting repeatedly can irritate the esophagus and throat, which is likely what you are experiencing. Time will help but can try an anesthetic like chloraseptic too.

Please stop smoking. Try OTC Pepcid (famotidine) or Omeprazole .
