Ear infection?: With ear pain, dizziness, fever, i would be highly suspicious of a middle or even inner ear infection. 'popping' ears usually indicates some amount of fluid trapped in the middle ear space. A doctor needs to look in your ear and determine if you need medicine , and if not, what therapy can relieve your symptoms. If this has gone on 4 days, you need to get this worked out in the next couple of days.
