There are a number of viral and some bacterial infections that can trigger similar symptoms. Sorting out the cause would require an in person visit and testing.

Most of the time, these kind of symptoms are due to an upper respiratory infection, most likely viral in origin. Most important to maintain good hydration. If your fever gets high or symptoms are worsening, or if you have risk factors for being high risk for Covid, see your primary care doctor.
