Thyroid and skin: This is not a common complaint of a thyroid disorder.  If you were hyperthyroid (eg. Graves), you could be "hyper" all over, and I can imagine that could be manifest as skin sensitivity.  If your thyroid level is normal (i.e. taking thyroid replacement) then these symptoms are probably not thyroid related.

No: The thyroid is in the anterior neck and does not effect lymph glands in other areas.  Nose, face and throat infections will lead to swelling of the "glands" in your neck.  Other thyroid tests in addition to the t4, plus a good physical exam are necessary to determine if your thyroid is functioning normally.

No: But it should be evaluated and biopsied. Make sure you're on brand name replacement.

Capsule: Fibroids are uterine smooth muscle tumors (leiomyomas), and are round tumors without a capsule.  Thyroid tumors can be encapsulated.  Neither has anything to do with hair loss.  However, thyroid disease, both hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) and hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) can result in hair loss.  Discuss with your doctor.

Yes: Underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) is a likely cause here.  Other possibilities include viral illness and autoimmune conditions, as well as a few other less common medical conditions.  Seeing the GP for an examination and to run blood tests such as for thyroid problem will help make the diagnosis here.

Virilization: Hi. That could be part of a process called virilization, which can also include voice deepening, clitoral enlargement, and...amenorrhea. The fact you're having normal periods would argue against virilization, however. Processes of the ovaries or adrenals are usually involved. You're not being treated with prednisone, are you? How quickly have these changes come on? See your gyn or endocrinology.

Hupothyroid dry skin: Hypothyroidism can cause dry and rough skin, you did not mention if you are taking thyroid replacement with thyroid hormone and if your thyroid functions are normal that is t3, (liothyronine) t4, and tsh
you can use a hand moisturiser after you wash hands every time and get your thyroid profile tested if it is normal as you say you have inactive thyroid since young.

what besides thyroid can cause light head fluttering in chest hot an cold sweats an excess tiredness? i'm on med for low tsh.

Check thyroid first: B"sd
If being on a med for "low TSH"  means treatment with an antithyroid drug for hyperthyroidism, then the first concern is your thyroid status as this requires frequent monitoring.  Thyroid function will change depending on the dose and effectiveness of the medication and the course of the underlying thryoid disease.
