Different anti-arrhythmic drugs work differently, most however aim to affect the chemical balance of the heart tissues (sodium, potassium, and calcium levels inside and outside the cells). Causes include muscle strain, appy (less likely), herniae, colitises, enteritises, ibs, constipation, ovaries, endometriosis.  You should see your md for a complete history and physical exam.  They may want to do studies as well.

A recent striking increase in refractive errors has  been attributed to the use of artificial light although the connection requires investigation.  Shielding the eyes with sunglasses to protect from uv exposure is probably a good idea, but being outdoors in the sunlight is felt to be a good thing.
