can teeth continue to shift?

Shifting teeth: Teeth do like to shift, mostly if your missing a tooth in front of it or below it. Sometimes when your bite is off or if you clench or grind your teeth will shift as well. Have your dentist fit you for a retainer to stop this from happening. A night gaurd may be needed if you clench or grind.

i love lime! i love eating them plain with a knife almost every day. are they healthy? and are they bad for my teeth? can i continue or not :(

Be careful: Lime is acidic.  If the juice lingers on your teeth you may get some erosion of the enamel.
Make sure you  rinse your mouth, and it may be a good idea to brush your teeth with a baking soda containing toothpaste.

Everyone does this at night during normal partial arousals from sleep or during transitions between wakefulness and sleep. The best way to manage the negative effects of bruxism is with a nightime devise or nightguard.

Contact DDS: What is replacing the teeth that were extracted? Perhaps the appliance is impinging on the gingiva and is illfitting. See your dentist for an evaluation and options of replacing the missing teeth.

Stop smoking : If you want white teeth and a beautiful.Healthy smile you need to stop smoking.  Smoking will stain your teeth.  And cause many much more serious health problems.  Stop smoking now.

: We are asked this a lot these days, especially with Covid. Rinse your tooth brush off and let it stand in some Listerine overnight. it will be just fine for you.  Replacing a tooth brush should be done when it is worn or after three months or so.  Brushing correctly, from gum to tooh rotating the brush head as you go, and across the tongue, and not pressing too hard, a brush will last a long time.

Instructions: The instructions your surgeon gave you should be strictly followed. Rinsing may dislodge the medicated dressings, but if that's what your surgeon told you to do, then follow his/her directions.

why is it that after a phase of zometa, the doctor asks the patient to treat their teeth and then continue to the second phase?

Bisphosphanate has s: zometa and few more medications has bisphosphanates which may cause osteonecrosis and prevention of any dental infections is very important and that may be the reason your MD wants you to see Dentist more often. Good luck
