See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Low T: Stress and weight gain may affect testosterone but not by much at your age.

I would highly recommend you see a Psychologist initially  
and follow his/her advise about a primary care physician consult.

If you do indeed already have low testosterone you will need replacement for a long time. The more testosterone you take from outside the body, the less your own testes make testosterone.

It can interfere with sleep also, and over time depression can result also.  Depression commonly results in poor appetite, weight loss, loss of interest in activities, social isolation, sleep disturbance, negative thinking, etc. Please see your doctor if any of this is happening w/you.
