Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Make sure all your treating docs are aware of recent events.

Colds: If your doctor has done a work up for your frequent colds and serious conditions have v=been ruled out, them stress can diminish your immunity and make you susceptible to frequent colds. Please check your work environment, contacts and are they really colds or allergies ?

Good question: All can have there plus and minuses. The serum  blood test  is best done at 8 in AM.  This is when cortisol is most consitent as to wheter it is  high or low. Urine is usually best measured over 24hours. Sputum is easy to obtain, and is reliable.

Horizontal line nail: If  lines are sort of spotty and don't span entire width of the nail, most likely it's due to some minor trauma. These grow out with the nail. If lines span the entire width of the nail, and don't grow with the nail this may be related to a protein deficiency or a number of systemic conditions. The list of possible conditions long. Please have this evaluated by a dermatologist.

Many things: Blood in urine can be from minor to major causes.  Tumors, infections, inflammation , medications, ruptured vesses in the urinary system all can cause blood in the urine.  A single drop of blood in a cup of urine can turn the urine red.  If you suspect blood in your urine, get seen by your pcp or urologist and find the cause.  Don't delay.  It is not worth it to wait.
