Yes: Pain with defecation after hemorrhoid or fissure surgery is common.  Nonetheless, the more you delay, the harder the stool, the more painful it will be to pass stool.  Drink plenty of fluids and water, minimize narcotics for pain control, walk as much as possible, take warm baths to keep the anal area clean and sooth the pain.

Maybe not hemorrhoid: Are you sure you have just hemorrhoids? Pain +/- pruritis (itching) from the rectum that recurs may also indicate anal fissures, proctitis (due to infection, inflammatory bowel disease, radiation therapy, stercoral ulcers, rectal prolapse, trauma, etc.), prctalgia fugax. Depending on your age, risk factors, current medication (aspirin, nsaid's), circumstances, you will want to get evaluated.

Anuyjing: You can actually eat anything you'd like. I recommend considering  a soft or liquid diet for 2-3 days. Also take a still softener once or twice a day. Drink plenty of water and start trying to eat 20-30 grams of fiber a day

None: Food is not the cause or cure for disease. High fiber foods will help prevent constipation which may aggravate hemorrhoids, butt won't cure the problem nor does it cause it.  If you want to prevent hemorrhoids walk on all fours like a gorilla

i have grade 2 internal hemorrhoids that bleed without pain. apart from taking fiber rich food, would doing kegels help?

No: No, but medication can rx the problem. Kegel;s exercises will strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle and levator ani, but do nothing to rx the hemorrhoids.

Anything.: You can eat anything when you have internal hemorrhoids as long as you avoid constipation and don't strain. Easiest way to take a tablespoon of Metamucil dissolve in 12 glass of water and follow with one glass of water.

: You should see a GI doctor to see if there are any other treatments that would be helpful to treat your hemorrhoids besides diet to avoid constipation. Are your stools soft? If you are straining to have bowel movements, this could be contributing to the bleeding. But, you may need alternate treatments so that the bleeding is stopped. So, see a GI doctor for evaluation and treatment. Good luck!

: Hemorrhoids typically occur when there has been straining with bowel movements. So, your history of constipation likely contributed to the hemorrhoids. If you are having pain or itching related to them, there are over the counter remedies you can try, like preparation H or Tucks. If your symptoms do not improve or you notice bleeding, see your doctor for further evaluation. Avoid constipation, too

what happens if one poop blood? i have seen my gp and he said i have to do a stool sample. could this be hemorrhoids or food poisoning?

Not food poisoning.: Certainly could be hemorrhoids but more serious issues can cause this as well. Best see your doctor.
