What type of foods should i eat if i have internal hemorrhoids and a little polyp? sweets, yogurt, proteins, white cheese,cocoa and tea are forbidden?

Anything.: You can eat anything when you have internal hemorrhoids as long as you avoid constipation and don't strain. Easiest way to take a tablespoon of Metamucil dissolve in 12 glass of water and follow with one glass of water.
