If : If your neck is 40 cm or greater (use a tailor's cloth measuring tape) or if your lower jaw is small, there is a high chance that you have sleep apnea. Sleep apnea often has a genetic component so the fact that your dad has sleep apnea increases the likelihool that you do as well. If your dad has a CPAP machine, why don't you borrow it from him and try it out for a night or two (if he can get along without it).

Fatigue is common: Sleep apnea is a condition whereby the patient suddenly stops breathing temporarily and then, seconds or up to a minute later the person once again starts breathing.  People with sleep apnea often complain of fatigue during the day.  Happens often in the presence of parkinson's disease, stroke, ms, and dementia.

Yes: Yes, and you should definitely use cpap. These apneas can long term cause cardiac changes.

Fatigue: Things to consider: is your sleep apnea treated? If not, try breathe right nasal strips to see if they help. Otherwise the most common cause of fatigue is chronic stress, anxiety, or depression. Try to build some relaxation into your life (meditation, relaxation exercises); avoid caffeine; get enough sleep; improve your diet making sure you get enough vitamins and iron.

Heart rhythm: You are describing a heart rhythm disorder that should be evaluated.  Atrial fibrillation may be at cause except that you are a little too young..  See your family doctor or cardiologist asap.

CPAP, medicines: You have several reasons to have fatigue and daytime sleepiness, but the most treatable is your sleep apnea.  You should wear your CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine for at least 6 hours every night without fail.  See your sleep doctor if the mask needs adjustment or if you are still sleepy, some medications can help.  Longer term, weight loss will help tremendously.
