Sinus spasms: It could be that your sinus passages are spasming which can happen from weather changes, dryness or just random spasms. Certain migraines can cause these kinds of symptoms. Try doing some sinus washing and see if that helps.

i had an mri done of my brain & the doctor just said it said i had sinus disease. is that just a sinus infection?

Maybe: "sinus disease" is likely a catchall phrase. It would normally include chronic sinusitis, allergic sinusitis, sinus polyps and certainly bacterial or viral infection. If you are not symptomatic (pain, fever, greenish discharge) and you have allergies, this is all likely due to the allergies. If you have problems related to your sinuses then you might want to visit an ENT speicalist.

Yes: In a way. The mucosa of the sinuses can be prominent on scan This is caused by allergies. Irritants or infection.

? Sphenoid : It may be your sphenoid sinus? It is possible it may be long standing and not related to your headaches. Be assessed after your treatment and follow up from there. All the best.

Highly unlikely: The absorbed dose is low, so i would not expect it to cause problems. I have only seen psych problems from oral steroids, and once from a steroid injection. No need to worry.

Yes: Yes, the bacteria are activating your immune system and the lymph nodes swell when they increase production of white blood cells to fight the infection.  Please get the infection taken care of.

: Chronic sinusitis is one possible cause of your symptoms. A course of antibiotics, COVID 19 testing and nasal saline irrigation are recommended after discussion with your PCP. Allergic rhinitis is usually associated with clear drainage, but inflammation of the nasal passages may lead to a bacterial infection.  Consider allergy testing and watch for signs of fever, productive cough.

Depends: Sometimes "sinus infection" is actually just the common cold, which is managed symptomatically with decongestants and analgesics.  A true sinus infection is diagnosed by having sinus tenderness/pain and purulent nasal discharge of ten days duration.  This is often treated with antibiotics in addition to symptomatic care.
