Various things: The pain in your right shoulder blade along with the vomiting could be related to your gallbladder. Consider a visit to your physician if this doesn't resolve soon.

It’s possible: Severe pain of any kind (headache, kidney stone, broken bone, etc) can definitely cause vomiting, &amp; severe menstrual cramps can definitely do that, but if you have never had such severe menstrual pain before, or if you have any fever or other unusual symptoms you should see Dr for evaluation &amp; possible lab work &amp; maybe ultrasound or CT scan if needed

my 9 year old son has a severe pain in his left side. he does not seem to have a temperature. the pain is not responding to nurophen. he is not vomiting ?

Pain: Left sided pain for various reasons.  Back problems, kidney problem and bowel likely. Splenic enlargement can cause pain too. Although he is not vomiting persistent pain should be evaluated. He should probably be seen.

Muscle pull?: The most common cause of this in this circumstance would be a pulled muscle in you chest wall.  There are other things that could happen that are more serious but rare. If you are having severe pain, fever, shortness of breath, or other persisting symptoms I would recommend to see a doctor.

i was diagnosed with hernia in er last night. i am still in severe pain and am vomiting. is this normal for a hernia? should i go back to the dr?

Yes: To diagnose a hernia in the ER the hernia must have not been reduced or could eventually be reduced by the ER physician.  If left incarcerated it results in small bowel obstruction and eventually changes leading to performation.  Severe pair is a symptom of this process and may mean that if reduced, it has returned and is potentially strangulating which causes pain and vomiting.  Must see surgeon.

my dad got his first migraine around 30, severe pain & vomiting for 2-5 hours. does this mean i will most likely get these migraines in my 30s as well?

Not necessarily: But you are at a higher risk of getting migraine but not necessarily at age 30. 
Fortunately there are new and effective treatments for migraine today.

See your doctor: If you are having pressure after bearing down for a bm you need a chest xray, an ekg, as well as a work up to rule out pulmonary embolism, heart problems, coronary artery disease, as well as costochondritis.  See your doctor and see if an echo stress test is in order as well.  You did not mention the results of your procedures, but you may also have reflux esophagitis.

See MD: some rare diseases can cause this, such as insulin-secreting tumor of pancreas. Also, some common diseases. See a doctor. You'll likely need CT scan of abdomen.

i have a simple cyst on my left ovary size is 6x4, i had a transvag u/s 2 weeks ago and still have severe pain did vomit once could it have burst?

Yes, go to ER!: I'm so sorry you're going through this.  Definitely it could still be there, or it could have ruptured, either is possible.  Pain and vomiting can also be a sign of ovarian torsion.... Which is something that needs immediate surgical attention. I recommend that you go to the er for evaluation now... In the event that you have this condition your doctors need to know.  Best of luck to you!
