NOT likely: Mild hypothroidism is often asymptomatic. There are many possible symptoms of hypothyroidism, depnding on the severity, but common ones are: fatigue, loss of energy, lethargy, wt gain, decrease appetite, cold intolerance, dry skin, hair loss, sleepiness, muscle/joint pain, weakness in extremities, depression, emotional issues--just to name a few.
Breast pain is not..So consult your doc.

Yes: Yes you may have acanthosis nigricans which can be associated with many endocrine disorders including hypothyroidism. See your doctor to find out.

Not with this hormon: The word HRT means use of female Hormones(like estrogen/progesterone) for post meopausal symptoms like hot flashes etc. What you are taking has no effect on the breast, only estrogens do.

No: this medication is a synthetic Thyroid hormone which you need to survive.  The levels should be monitored and adjusted by a doctor.  It should not increase your Breast cancer risk. The replacement hormones people use for hot flushes (estrogen/progesterone) during and after menopause do cause increased risk.

No: Hypothyroidism  dose not respond to food. If due to iodine deficiency will respond iodine fortification. If due to hashimotors will respond to thyroid hormone meds.

Pregnancy test: It is hard to say.  Thyroid conditions can cause abnormal periods. You would need to take a pregnancy test, over the counter or better yet with your doctor to determine pregnancy.

Conflicting labs: Based on the lab values you posted, there's some inconsistencies. In hypothyroidism, the T3 (liothyronine) and T4 are low while the TSH is high. Unlikely: Are you referring to breast enlargement?.  Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain, which can lead to increased fat in the breast area, but will not cause enlargement of breast glands or tissue.

Not : Thyroid related. You should discuss this swallow problem with your doctor . Does it ever bother you after eating spicy foods? Do you ever get a foul taste in your mouth or burp up food? Just a thought.

Hyperthyroid: Both can cause it although hyperthyroid is much more likely to cause chest pain.  Don't change your medication without discussing with your doctor first.
