Maybe: No more effective than any other food that will neutralize the acid in your stomach (for a few hours).

NOT MORE THAN 2-3SER: Yes you can but limit diary products to not more than 2to3 serving per day, and preferably low fat diary products.

Why not avoid foods: ...that you have a demonstrated intolerance to. May also want to curtail use of artificial sweeteners, and consider the low FOD-MAP diet to find "intestinally-friendly" ingestants.

Mgt: Avoid milk products including cheese, drink fluids and monitor your temperature. If no change testing can be performed.

Gastritis: if you have gastritis then eating can be uncomfortable. Are you on treatment like PPI- prevecid or H2 blockers like ranitidine? Would also check for h pylori. You may also have a sensitivity to milk so would avoid milk products  for 1-2 weeks and see if improves. Avoid caffeine drinks, soda, energy drinks f/u w/ doc

Very Unlikely: You should consult with your doctor to look for other causes of gastritis.  Milk allergy/intolerance is very unlikely to cause gastritis

That sounds fine.: Milk should have no deleterious effect on gastritis nor ulcer.  Citrus drinks, like orange juice, would cause some irritation.

i have gastritis and hypotension. doctor asked me to consume more milk & iron supplement for hypotension. will that worsen my gastritis ?

It could: The calcium in milk could stimulate gastric acid secretion and, worse, the milk interferes with absorption of iron. The treatment for hypotension is to push fluids, trying drink 6-8 liters a day and eat a liberalized salt diet: 6-8 grams of sodium daily. The usual treatment for gastritis is avoidance of nsaids and use of h2 antagonists or ppis.

super gassy sometimes. i have coffee everyday in the morning with soy/almond milk and artificial sweeteners. is this ibs or just a bad case of gastritis?

Gas: A very small percentage of people are sensitive to soy, so this is one possible source. Even more possible are the artificial sweetners. Many of these are very difficult for the gut to digest appropriately, and can then cause your problem - gas. I'd start by eliminating them for a week and seeing if symptoms improve, then if so, very gradually add tiny amounts back and see what you can tolerate.

Raw MIlk: I am not an expert on the subject. My mother grew up on a dairy farm & drank raw milk every day.  I have drunk milk straight from a cow's teet & frankly don't care for the flavor of raw milk.  
According to the fda raw milk can transmit tb, diphtheria, typhoid & strep.
