Do not combine them: Would not change those in her own without doctor monitoring. Tazloc  and ramipril can be a tricky combination. Could adversely affect kidney or potassium.

Dose doubling: Yes.  If your blood pressure isn't well controlled on 10mg and the potassium is normal with an acceptable creatinine, this should be fine.  A

sk your doctor what her plan is for your blood pressure.  This should allay your concerns about the process.

Know when to hold'em: "You have to know when to hold it and know when to fold it" When pregnant it is never a good idea to hold your urine for extended periods of time. (more than 2 hours). The full bladder will push against the uterus in the 2nd an d3rd trimesters and urinary tract infections become more common. Bladder emptying is more likely to be incomplete in late pregnancy especially when full with UTI risk.

If: Anal sex injures the anal sphincter (muscles) or the nerves that control the anal sphincter this could lead to fecal incontinence.

does regularly holding it in when one has to pee increase or decrease the ability to do so? do the muscles get stronger and lead to being able to wait longer or weaker and lead to incontinence? seems i've heard both, looking for a definitive answer?

: Holding in urine does not make the bladder muscle stronger or weaker. But it is a good idea to answer nature when it calls or soon after. Pl ignore opinions regarding medical matters by lay people as they are almost always wrong.

radical prostatectomy at age 50, 25 yrs ago. minor incontinence immediately after surgery. gradually increased. now in diapers full time. any recent improvements?

: Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Yes, there are new medications that may help, and if you’ve never had pelvic floor physical therapy, I highly recommend you give it a try! Physical therapists with special training in the muscles of the pelvis can really help and maybe get you out of diapers. Ask your primary physician for a referral to a urologist. Good luck to you!

See gyn surgeon: You need to see your gynecological surgeon as soon as possible. The gushing you describe is worrisome for a fistula (abnormal connection) between your bladder and vagina.

Yes: This would be possible. Effexor has been associated with the condition.

2 symptoms unrelated: Breast tenderness might be an early sign of local infection. If it continues, seeing a md/nurse might be wise   urgency if accompanied by frequency, low volumes and getting up often at night might be due to a bladder infection. A urine test will confirm or deny.
