Bursting LE vessels: Could be related to medications  like fish oil or estrogen,  or low platelets or increased intrabdominal pressure from abdominal or pelvic mass(ovarian/ urterine  mass)  or clot,  or varicose veins.   F/u/ w/ doc this week. if acute over 24 hours  f/u/ t/day with doc ER

See an MD: Heat can cause blood vessels to dilate or expand. But your symptoms are concerning for heart disease. Restrict salt and see a doctor.

Telangiectasias.: Fine broken blood vessels on the surface of the skin do not indicate any systemic problems which is good. However, if you are interested in treating what is likely a genetic predisposition, the treatment for this is considered cosmetic in nature and can be addressed with the use of laser technology.

: You will need to find a specialist who uses this new device to determine the limits in its use. Your assumptions about new cells are in error. The 1mm daily stretching of the leg bone leads to the same accommodation/growth as natural growth in childhood. Muscles/blood vessels add cells. Third party insurance would likely only cover 1 leg when the legs were unequal length, not to grow taller.

Spider veins?: Are you describing varicose veins or spider veins ? Then it is likely a combination of heredity and or trauma. If this is the case see a vein specialist. If this some thing else please see a doctor as soon as possible.

Sounds like: some of your symptoms may be related to your fibromyalgia.  It does not look like you are taking any medication for this.  If you are having swelling/edema in your extremities that can also be a cause for the "burst veins".  Varicose veins can also become inflamed, causing your symptoms.  I would recommend you see your doctor to have these addressed.  There ARE treatments for fibromyalgia!

highly variable: Muscle pain can last moments or months. The hallmark of DVT is asymmetric swelling. Get a tape measure and carefully determine the diameter of your calf at the same level on both sides - if they're not about the same, you need an ultrasound.

pain behind the knee. just one knee i dont recall doing anything to sprain a muscle or tear anything. could it be a blood clot? my veins on that side are also sticking out a little more then normal. not constant pain but it hurts if i lean back onit?

: You should not concern, just observe the symptom(s) for now. You can apply ice pack locally as needed for pain if there is significant discomfort. See you doctor if symptoms persist or get worse in the next 24 hours. A blood clot, if it is true, below the knee is not life threatening and same is for pain due to Baker cyst.

Get a Dr. to examine: First, have a dr. Examine you, and usually that is all you would need.  Definative proof would obtained by getting a vascular study such as a venous duplex doppler study.

BLOOD VESSELS IN LEG: This could be a problem if it has lasted for  a long time. I would certainly recommend you see your primary care physician as soon as possible. You may need a full examination including your heart. High blood pressure might be a cause, do not delay!
