See answer : The symptoms of an uncomplicated uti/bladder infection (urinary urgency, frequency, voiding small amounts, bladder discomfort, burning with urination, possible blood in urine) usually resolve within 3-5 days if both the diagnosis is correct (positive urine culture) and you were prescribed the correct antibiotic. If symptoms persist, should have a repeat urinalysis and urine culture to verify.

Gradually: These small scars usually slowly become lighter in color and softer over 3-6 months. Can also try some of the drug store medications for scars like "mederma" or "neosporin scar" for example.

Bladder Neck, Meds: Nasal decongestants can increase the tone of the bladder neck and cause urinary difficultly.  Within 24hrs of stopping these meds the effects should have completely reversed.

i had a ct urogram done and it came back normal. then i had a cystoscope done and she said she saw a bump on bladder wall. she said it might disappear so lets check it again in three months. why didnt it show on ct urogram?

: A CT urogram uses X-rays to evaluate size and shape of the bladder, ureters, and kidneys. It provides an indirect visualization of these structures. i noticed that when my penis is almost erect or i want to urinate, it looks like an hourglass, a little tight in the middle, and when i empty my bladder, things return to normal, and also when i get erection, the hourglass shape disappears?

: Have you ever had trauma injuring your penis? If there's erectile tissue or penile damage it could account for the deformity you describe. However since there's no deformity with a fully erect penis I doubt significant firm scarring is present. I recommend consulting a urologist who will check you for early peyronie's disease or any other penile deformity.

More info: We need more information as to why your bladder was washed. For most infections, bladder washing is no longer recommended. If it is to clear a catheter, i would recommend seeing your pcp or urologist again if it remains clogged.
