Jock itch: Please consult your doctor soon. S/he can prescribe a more potent cream. Perhaps you need an oral antigungal to completely eradicate your condition.

Hemorrhoidal : Hemorrhoidal tissue is engorged blood vessels. They are benign tissue without the risk of developing into cancer. Sometimes a patient has bleeding from the rectum which is assumed to be from hemorrhoids without ruling out a cancer. In your case you have had a colonoscopy before which is a smart idea. However, if they are causing you much grief you might benefit from a procedure for your hemorrhoids to stop the bleeding.

You can't.: Sunburn will go away when it wants to go away, and typically it takes its sweet time. Sit in a cool bathtub or apply cool wet dressings, and use a good anti-burn cream like silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) or bionect. And learn the lesson: mr. Sun is our friend, but we have to respect his power. Get your self a good sunscreen lotion (spf ~50) and apply it every day, whether you plan to go out in the sun or not.

Not really: Unless it is very mild, you may get away with Cortaid (hydrocortisone) 10 with use of skin cleansers instead of soap for washing.

Need prescription: Over the counter products are either benzoyl peroxide such as proactive or salicylic acid found in maxclaroty. These will not be very effective in severe acne. This will require a cpmbnoation of creams such as a retinoid, and possibly oral medications. This requires vist to dermatologist.

Yes  avoidable : Yes avoidable most of the time , by diet and local care, you must see your doctor, to rule out presence of colorectal cancer, as self treatment will delay detection of  a curable disease.

Yes: First understand that this is due to urine under the foreskin. Wash under the foreskin. Gently rinse. After urination always blot off the last drop from the end of the penis. Miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole creams are OTC.  Modified CASTELLANI solution is excellent.

Sitz baths may help: Never get constipated , strain with bm's, or sit for long on the toilet, however, if pain persists, get some help and fix it.

Toe fungus: Topical creams are of little use for toe fungus. You need medications that work from the inside, which means anti-fungal meds such as lamacil. The treatment takes months and you need to have your liver function monitored to check for side effects. See your doc today to begin treatment.Laser is the other option which can clear fungus.
