Yes: First understand that this is due to urine under the foreskin. Wash under the foreskin. Gently rinse. After urination always blot off the last drop from the end of the penis. Miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole creams are OTC. Modified CASTELLANI solution is excellent.
