Jock itch: Please consult your doctor soon. S/he can prescribe a more potent cream. Perhaps you need an oral antigungal to completely eradicate your condition.

Rx failure =wrong DX: Consider the possibility that repeated treatment failures often mean the assumption this is jock itch (tinea cruris) may be wrong. Continued problems may mean your skin had a reaction to one of the medications or you may have another problem, like pubic lice, that those meds wouldn't fix.
