This is called ...: Referred pain. The pain centers in the throat and ear and TMJ are close enough that disease in one area can produce pain in the others. Ear pain does not usually refer to the throat however, it usually the other way. Some one with tonsillitis or a cancer in the throat will often complain of ear pain.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If there is a rash limited to one side of body, it may be herpes Zoster/Shingles

Yes: It's big enough to cause some problems. See your doctor to get this evaluated for an ultrasound guided fine needle biopsy.

Doubt it.: This is more like a problem with TMJ. See your dentist or ENT for further workup. This may cause great pain but is not a serious disorder

Numerous: There can be a number of causes for this, some benign, some very dangerous.  Because of the later, i'd ask your doctor to consider a brain mri, especially if these symptoms are new.

Yes: Acid reflux can cause pain in throat, neck and ear along with chest burning in center of your chest.  If ant- acids do not resolve issue in a week or two, you need to see an ENT to get  a scope to look down at the inside of your throat, because it could be something else.

Migraines: It sounds like you may be suffering from migraine headaches.  Vertigo is a very common symptom of migraine.  However, you should have a thorough evaluation by a neurologist in order to rule-out other causes for these symptoms.
