hi, i recently started feeling really ill lately. i feel tired, have nasal congestion sometimes, my throat feels tight and feel like its closing, i dont have a fever tho. i think its either anxiety or the common cold. any idea what it could be?

HARD TO SAY: Do you have a history of anxiety or panic? Maybe you have a virus not necessarily covid19. Hard to say without more info. Drink some hot tea with raw honey and listen to relaxing music. If it is a virus just get good rest and hydrate and take analgesic like Tylenol or ibuprofen if needed. If it is anxiety see a therapist.

Varying presentation: Since COVID-19 may be so different from case to case, it is difficult to say with assurance whether common symptoms are exclusionary. Yes, I would assume you have a cold or sinusitis, but it it persists or gets worse, very prudent to get a PCR test.
