Probably Not: I wouldn't expect nerve damage to cause any noticeable sound.  It could be an inner ear issue or you may be sensing arthritic changes in the cervical spine or neck.

received bite to neck, had severe pain, then numbness to rt ear, 1/3rd face + neck.i can feel sharp. i think auricular nerve damage, is this permanent?

Bite from what?: How long ago did it happen? Have you seen anyone? If swelling and infection producing pressure, relief of swelling may cure your issue. Seek help.

about over a year ago. something popped in my neck and ever since i have had lots off unusual syptoms, my xray came back fine, i have really bad health anxiety i think, and in my head i constantly think i have ms, can you get ms form nerve damage etc?

: MS is NOT caused by trauma or any injury.  You certainly could visit an neurologist and get a full exam, but not clear if that would help you.  Since your anxiety appears "bad", suggest first you see a psychiatrist and start to get control over emotional issues.

See below: Sudden neck pain yes.  The head and eye pain would not be related directly to a disc herniation.  Irritation of muscles in the neck could cause headache and eye pain however.

Lymphadenitis : The condition when lymph nodes become enlarged by inflammatory response to bacteria or viruses.  The swollen nodes are usually found near the site of an infection, neoplasm, or inflammation. 
Let your pcp (doctor) to examine your lymph nodes and look for signs of pathology or infection around any swollen lymph nodes.
Lymphatics may spread within short period of time. Treatment should begin asap..

vision loss is serious

pain in the left neck is not usually related to your brain.  Or eyes

weakness and disiness coul dbe from a stroke or possible heart disease.   You need to see a doctor.

If progressive go to the emergency room you coul dbe having a stroke.

No: Tight muscles may occur in association with variety of  conditions including stress. The tight neck muscles are not usually associated with stinging eye pain.
