The swollen nodes are usually found near the site of an infection, neoplasm, or inflammation. Let your pcp (doctor) to examine your lymph nodes and look for signs of pathology or infection around any swollen lymph nodes. Lymphatics may spread within short period of time. Treatment should begin asap..
