1 day hopefully not: One day, i'd like to quit saying that multiple myeloma is incurable disease, we have so many medication- biological chemo, transplantation that we can offer to treat this disease. Newer medication is more potent and able to give a very good response and increase survival of patient. However, for now we can't yet cure this disease. Allogeneic transplant would be the only thing that can cure myeloma.

r - renal (kidney) disease, elevated crt
a - anemia (not explained by other causes)
b - bone disease - eg osteoporosis, fractures, or lytic (moth eat) lesions
