How does multiple myeloma affect lung?

I am not: Aware of any direct lung issue. Mm patients are at increased risk of infection, and pneumonia is common. Some drugs can also lead to lung complications.

What is non-igm myeloma? Isn't it different from multiple myeloma?
Does an IgE level of 582 (normal 0-100) indicate chronic protozoal infection (or some other infection)? If not, what does it indicate? On electrophoresis I was free of m-spikes, but don't know if that looked at IgE, so is IgE myeloma possible too?
If multiple myeloma is in your blood doesn't it effect all cells? Including saliva?
