No: Ear peircings in no way affect your vision. If you are haing vision problems after piercings... They are not related.

Unpredictable.: Keloids are unpredictable. If you are prone to them there is always a chance any time there is a break in your skin through a piercing a keloid can form.

Not necessarily: Even if size reduces - you are still likely to have a mark where the piercing was.

Highly unlikely: The definition of gangrene is tissue death due to loss of blood supply.  While it is extremely unlikely,  one can get an infection from anything.  With proper precautions, it is highly unlikely that one would develop gangrene from ear piercing.

Anti-Inflammatories: Anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen as well as icing can relieve swelling. If there is considerable redness and pain (and perhaps discharge), it may be infected and need medical attention.

Yes: allow them to heal.  Average healing times by piercing locations.  Facial  to include earlobes– usually 6 to 12 weeks &amp;  ear cartilage 6 to 12 weeks.

See below: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

2 weeks: You need to wait the tissue to heal well and the tissue around the studs are all dried and scar formed well. 2 weeks time is reasonable time to heal well.

Antibiotics: See MD for antibiotics. Clean with cotton balls with alcohol. You may have to remove the ear rings and start over again.
