Antibiotics: See MD for antibiotics. Clean with cotton balls with alcohol. You may have to remove the ear rings and start over again.

See a dermatologist: Allergic reactions are far more common than infections after ear piercing. They are itchy, red, swollen, weepy, both sides. Infection is one side, painful, pus which is thick and dark. The allergy is usually to nickel sulfate. Sometimes it is to an antibiotic. Bacitracin, neosporin, triple antibiotic are all useless but are common causes of allergy.
