See below: Make sure that dizziness is due to ms and not inner ear process.  First step is prevention, use potent agent to control disorder.  Vestibular rehab program with physical therapist can help.  Some meds can control symptoms.  Realize that ms pts have a higher frequency of migraine, and that a migraine complication of paroxysmal vertigo may be playing a role here.  Consider visit to sw medical center.

Plenty: Optic neuritis (decreased visual acuity, pain on eye movements, decreased color intensity), double vision (lesions in brain stem), nystagmus, abnormal tracking, even par planitis and uveitis.  And that is just the tip of the iceberg.  If you are experiencing visual problems, start with your eye doc and go from there.

I can't: vouch for the efficacy of Dermawand, which uses radiofrequency energy and claims to tighten facial features/reduce wrinkles, but it won't affect your MS.

Possible : But would check for B-12 issues, cord compression besides MS.  In younger patients, higher possibility of MS, but at your age, maybe cervical stenosis or spondylosis.  If not clearcut, evaluate possible Lyme disease, arteritis, lupus, HIV, etc.

No, the reverse.: Ms plaques can act as a source for seizure activity, both focal and diffuse.  Treatment similar to those without ms.  But here might avoid the seizure complication by using potent disease modifying agents such as Gilenya or tysabri (natalizumab).

Yes, can happen: However, rather uncommon and likely incidence well under 10% of all patients, but have encountered this on occasion.  Discuss with your doctor as a simple switch to a more potent medication and protection with an anti-epileptic drug should suffice.

Big debate: This topic was very hot recently because of dr. Zamboni from italy.  It is currently being investigated.  I have seen patients have tremendous results and some have no change.  I believe it is beneficial but we need to determine what patients will benefit before we apply it to everyone and every type of ms.

Rarely, but yes.: Depending on your extent of disease and location of neuronal damage, group of muscles affected, it is very possible.
