Not usually: Not usually, but a swollen lymph node could be a sign of cancer. If it really is a simple cyst and was diagnosed by your doctor, it is not likely to be (or ever turn into) a cancer.

May be infected: It is a infected cyst some times need incision and drainage of pus  other times need antibiotics  go to ER  will treat you and send you back to your doctor for further follow up

NO: Not sure of the cause of the fainting but not a cyst.  It is not the cause of chronic nasal infections.  It may cause headaches but not your fainting. YOu need to be seen by your doctor for futher eval.

i saw my internist for skin cysts that turn into boils, burst, shrink, and then reform again. they often form open tracks. she called them furnaces. they are on my breasts, jaw line, groin, and upper thighs. can these be caused by cellcept?

It may..: Cellcept is in general Immunosuppressant. For reason to prevent rejection of transplants etc.. Any decreases of immunity can make you prone to infections. Skin infections as boils is one of them. Make sure pus was cultured for appropriate treatment  choice of Antibiotics if needed.Drainage of pus and meticulous hygiene to prevent spread is important. Please, follow up w your doc. for exam and test

Mucus cyst: The para-functional movement of your tongue and jaw may be causing a muscle pain that can cause this type of pain.  Resist the temptation to play with the cyst and the symptoms may go away.

ok this is a new one for me...i have a cystic pimple on my chin. when i try to pop it, i get severe pain in my middle/upper right jaw. every time i even touch it, the pain happens & its severe. ive been told i have tmj, but what would cause this?

Sebaceous Cysts: Sebaceous cysts are collections of sebum that occur within a gland. They can be walled (completely within the gland) or ruptured (when the gland pops). Sometimes they will drain spontaneously, are lanced or are surgically removed. Surgical removal is the best way to prevent recurrence. Some people are prone to these and will form multiple sebaceous cysts. The scalp is a common area for this.

Depends: It is likely a sebaceous or epidermal inclusion cyst. Such cysts can rupture into the tissue or to the outside. It the cyst gets infected it could lead to complications. Have you considered getting it removed. It could probably be removed under local anesthesia.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Possible, yes: Surgery on the epididymis may lead to infertility. Surgeons are aware of that and try to take precautions. However, depends on the extent of the cysts and their location if extensive surgery is needed which may impact fertility. If that happens, fertility can be regained by getting sperm surgically when you are ready to conceive.
