Artery leak: Artery bleeding is usually quite brisk but with slower bleeding within the spleen, weakness,fatigue and left upper abdominal discomfort may be noted. I assume you're being followed by a vascular surgeon for the aneurysm.

12 months: After coronary stenting, an anti platelet agent such as Effient is prescribed for 12 months, to be taken with aspirin. If Effient must be discontinued e.g. Due to adverse reaction, it may be changed to an alternative medication. Continuation beyond 12 months is usually not necessary however may be considered for certain patients. Aspirin should be continued.

If you image the carotids in the neck, you can still have carotid disease in the intrathoracic or the intracranial segments of the artery. So even if the neck portion isokyoucanstillhavestroke.

: By Cleveland clinic website: People with symptoms face an 80% chance of a rupture (compared to a 10% risk among people with no symptoms). By UPTODATE: the mean size of a ruptured splenic artery aneurysm is 3.5 cm and the mean size of a nonruptured artery splenic aneurysm is 2.2 cm. So if you are asymptomatic and aneurysm of 2 cm has been stable for 5 years I would say the risk is low. Good luck!
