A member asked:

I had an ekg and ecg 2 years ago all normal, would this have detected any blockages in my arteries? i am 32 years old

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ECG: the ECG doesn't detect coronary artery lesions that aren't causing a problem. If you are concerned about your arteries work with your doc, eat a Mediterranean diet, get regular aerobic exercise, don't smoke and stay on the program.
