At this stage it is very likely a bacterial infection, with the night sweats possibly an indication for hospital visit due to higher probability of septicemia (bacterial infection of the blood). I would not wait, go to the ED to get proper care.

: Anything that causes fever can result in night sweats, which usually are the result of fever breaking during the night. Inflammatory bowel disease certainly can do this, but it most likely when your UC or Crohn's disease have flared up. However, night sweats rarely would be the only symptom of these problems. Zoloft (sertraline): Depends on dosage of zoloft (sertraline) & if recent changes in dose were made. Also, alcohol can intensify adverse effects of zoloft (sertraline), such as sweating & activation symptoms.

Too many covers: Try reducing the covers you use while sleeping. You may also try using a fan to improve circulation of air.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Depends on what you: treat exactly.  There are all kinds of herbal supplements that may help.  I have had success treating with black cohosh and ginko.  You may have to try a few before you get it correct. There are medical hormone replacements but try the other stuff first.
