Not recommended: Antibiotics are not recommended for sinus infections unless they are unusually long-lasting or severe. Use decongestants.

Probably.: Everyone's temp goes up a bit in the evening. If you are feeling fine from the sinus, and it goes no higher than 101 you are probably fine.
