Vitamin D3: Usual dose is not more than 5000 units daily. I take that and my level is right in the middle of the normal range (50) Bear in mind that persons who have had gastric bypass surgery will absorb Vitamin D more readily and can become intoxicated with even 5000 units daily. It depends: What amounts are you taking? Do you need those amounts. Although calcium is good for bone health, excess calcium is bad for blood vessel health. Check with your doctor and adjust all levels based on your actual consumption of calcium.  More is not better.

i started to take 10000iu vitamin d3 as adviced by doctor but after  one day i am having chronic pain in my back and two days later even heaps is hurting me is it to do with vitamind3 i am taking?

Really doubt it!: Your blood levels are only trivial higher (vit-d-25oh).  It cannot be the d, but a coincidence. Vitamin d helps minimize chronic pain, not cause it!

i take slimvance protein shakes that says to drink two a day. the shakes contain vitamins. i want to either start taking fertility pills/prenatal to try to get pregnant. im afraid of overdosing on vitamins. should i drink no shakes? one?

Caution: I would advise against trying to get pregnant while you are taking the shake to lose weight. Wait until you have achieved your weight loss goal and/or discontinue drinking the shakes before you start taking prenatal vitamins and trying to get pregnant.

Better to supplement with good quality B-Complex, Multi-Mineral, and/or Anti-Oxidant from reputable company. These can be used daily. For medical condition, consult a holistic professional.
