i've had a roux-en-y gastric bypass and i've been told to avoid ibuprofen products can i take naprosyn (naproxen) ?

That's an Ibuprofen-: like compound, known as NSAIDS (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug). It's also known as Aleve (naproxen) too OTC. This class produces gastritis or stomach lining irritation and worse without food. So this is why when you are getting gastric bypass surgery, and have little space hold food in, the NSAIDS can wreak havoc on your stomach's lining and cause  you pain and distress.

Ulcers: Ibuprofen and other NSAIDs cause ulcers ( marginal ulcers) at your gastric pouch connection site and it can bleed, cause pain or even rupture in that area , so avoid them, or use in low dose mixed with food and only with with PPI( nexium (esomeprazole) etc), however you MUST get permission from your surgeon before doing so another dangerous thing to avoid is SMOKING, it will do the same harm.

Post Bariatric Surg: Yes.  That is the simple answer. But, if with that dose you feel any burning or acid or increase of pain then in your case it may not be so safe.

Yes, if:: The surgery was long enough ago that there is no risk of bleeding, there is no allergy or hypersensitivity issues, and your vitamin levels are normal. Lack of vitamin k can cause bleeding which Aspirin would then make worse.

im 4 years out from having a mini gastric bypass weightloss surgery. can i take over the counter ibprophen?

: Yes, if you take it as needed only with foods and you never have stomach ulcer post bypass. If you need ibuprofen quite often or you have history of peptic or anastomotic ulcer, you should ask your doctor for a prescription of celecoxib (celebrex). Take care!

Over th counter iron: Yes you can if you have iron deficiency and/or anaemia.

Migraine and NSAIDS: You must ask your Dr. this question. Need more information on the details of your migraine before I could give better answer. 
Just developed them or had for long time. What other things have worked for you that are not NSAIDS.

i am on antipsychotics gained weight i have diet exercise no luck while on it doc won't take me off thinking of lapband or gastric bypass ?

Stay on meds!: I know u asked about surg, but meds first. Anger issues: i can see why your doc would want you to stay on your meds. However, none of the meds listed are antipsychotics, so I am confused. Phentermine, while for wt loss, can make anger worse. See if doc will try metformin instead. And instead of the clonazepam, what was your antipsychotic?Is there a less fatty one? Or it with metformin?

Absolutely!: Do not stop your Cyanocobalamin injections during pregnancy - if anything, your body will need them more than before.

Heartburn bypass: Usually the gastric bypass cures heartburn and reflux. It is afterall an anti-reflux operation anatomically. However, you can still occasionally get heartburn. If your pouch large, it may have enough parietal cells to make excess acid. A gastro-gastric fistula can deliver acid from the gastric remnant to the pouch. You may also have a large hiatal hernia as well. Get an UGI and egd.
