No, not exactly...: The most current research continues to show only limited benefit from nutritional supplements. The greatest benefit is to those who are already suffering from vitamin/mineral deficiencies due to poor diet. It is, and always has been, the concensus recommendation to obtain proper nutrition through diet. A proper diet will eliminate the need for supplements.

OK unless pregnant: Prenatal vitamins ARE multivitamins so taking a prenatal AND multi is redundant but unlikely to be toxic unless you become pregnant, as is hazardous to take more than 10,000 iu of pre-formed Vit A in early pregnancy (beta carotene is OK). So if the 2 together have more than 10,000 iu stop the multi BEFORE pregnancy. Also DO NOT take weight loss sups if pregnant. But add Vit D- take total 5000 iu.

Not needed: Multivitamins have not been shown to improve health or longevity when studied scientifically.  It would be better for you to follow a healthy and nutritious diet with a lot of veggies and fruits.

Best to avoid: It may be safe, but it's best to avoid fish oil if you're allergic to fish. There are other ways to get omega-3 fatty acids from foods. Dr. Weill recommends fresh ground flax seed, walnuts, and walnut oil, although these omega-3 fatty acids aren't used by the body as efficiently as the ones in fish.

Some: The fish oil and prenatals are fine together. Ask your doctor how much calcium and vitamin d you need based on your diet. It may be worth getting a vitamin d level.  If you need to take the additional calcium, it's probably best to take it apart from the prenatals, which also usually contain calcium.

Yes- a good idea!: Most prenatal vitamins contain Folic Acid but it is perfectly  safe to take more. One third of the population have difficulty converting synthetic Folic Acid to its active form, l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid) (l-5-mthf) so i advise taking that form of folate (folic acid) in addition to a prenatal to be safe. 
Fish oil contains dha, essential for having a healthy child, so i strongly advise taking fish oil as well.

You probably don't: Need the resveratrol at age 16.  The others sound ok as long as you are in good health and have no contraindications in your history.

Supplements: I am not sure why you have decided to take these supplements. If you are a healthy person in your mid 30s, there is no reason for you to take them. It would be better to eat a balanced diet, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains and fatty fish (such as salmon). If you are healthy, you probably can take calcium 1000-1200mg, magnesium 400-500mg, zinc 10-40mg and fish oil 1000-4000mg daily.

im allergic to all seafoods my eyes itch and it becomes hard to breathe but i want to try shrimp so bad and take the fish oil vitamins what can i do?

See an allergist: Not all seafoods are created equally, thus you may not be allergic to all seafoods, just some seafoods.  A good allergist will be able to guide you, after sufficient testing, to let you know what is and is not available for you to eat. In the meantime, do not experiment by eating seafood on your own.
