Vitamins: Also alot of us take too many vitamin and supplements.If you have a documented vitamin defiency then you need to take that vitamin.Vitimin D insufficiency is common and up to 60% of US citizens are low and fish oil may help joint pain and triglericides.However, vitamins neither decrease mortality nor morbidity so therefore do not decrease disease or death and in some instances may be harmful.
