Excedrin & Cymbalta (duloxetine): Routine use of both of these medications increases the risk of bleeding. Es Excedrin has caffeine in it, which may increase serum levels of Cymbalta (duloxetine) (including its potential side effects). The two together can also impair metabolism in the liver. That being said, occasional use of ex Excedrin is unlikely to causes problems. The key word is occasional! ultimately, check with your doctor first.

Pica: Pica is a condition where people eat things with no nutritional value.  The most well known cause of pica is iron deficiency, so having your hemoglobin checked would be wise.  Otherwise, it can be considered an eating disorder, which requires psychological assessment.

Anxiety & Addiction: That is a whopping dose of klonipin. Klonipin does nothing to treat or prevent anxiety. It is not the best drug for prevention or getting better. It is a sedative and if you are taking this large amount three times/ day your brain may not be functioning at full capacity.
I would advise a thorough evaluation with a psychiatrist expert in addiction as well as these complex problems with medications.

Ambien & cymbalta (duloxetine): There is no reported adverse interaction between these two medications, and I have many patients who are taking both without any problem.

: Not recommmended. Excedrin contains a large dose of aspirin. Combining that with indomethacin will increase your risk of gastritis &amp; stomach bleeding.

Omitted: Yes you can. I often have patients take Imitrex (sumatriptan) 30m to an hour after the first line medicine had been taken.

Might help: Cymbalta (duloxetine) is a norepinephrine and serotonin reuptatke inhibitor. It helps to control pain too even though it is not a pain killer itself. It's good for fibomilgia and as antidepressant. It is somewhat expensive nd may not be covered by insurance
