You can take the morning after pill with the Mirena (levonorgestrel).  This  is perhaps going overboard as the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is 99% effective.   The Morning after pill will not affect the device at all but could cause the next period to be heavy.

Unclear plan: It is not clear why you are taking the pill and the IUD. Sometimes this is done when one experiences breakthrough bleeding while on Mirena (levonorgestrel). If that is not the reason then I would clarify with the prescribing physician why you are doing both things. If you are not satisfied with the level of bleeding then they can discuss alternatives. They can also check that your IUD is in the correct position

Whilst your period may have been non existent or very light with the Mirena (levonorgestrel) your flow should be more regular and relatively increased but still less than your regular flow without any form of birth control.

Yes: however, please separate the doses by 6-8 hours and take Accutane only under a physicians supervision. I would suggest condoms and BC pills while on Accutane,since birth defects have been reported.

Depends: Depends on when it expired. It is good for 5 years. Has it been 5 years or 8 years. Depends on the age of the recipient. At 47, the possibility of pregnancy is low. The major risk of not changing the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is pregnancy. Of course, there is a higher risk of ectopic with IUDs.

See your doctor: concern for a normal placed iud? see your gyn, they can do an Ultrasound to detect location and to give you reassurance if you are worried
