Varies: Generally just some brief cramping but could last several days. The endometrial ablation produces the same symptoms. Usually motrin, aleve, (naproxen) or other non steroidal pain meds are the best and maybe local heat. You should report fever or unusual or foul smelling discharge. Otherwise, waiting it out is best.
