Arthritis: Sulfasalazine is used primarily for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or ulcerative colitis. Mobic (meloxicam) and advil can be used for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis. 
Not sure what your condition is, but i would not take advil and Mobic (meloxicam) as those are same class medications. Sulfasalazine is sulfa based drug and is somewhat different from advil and mobic (meloxicam).

No: Combining NSAIDs increases the risks of side effected. Consider switching if the Mobic (meloxicam) does not last.

ive been taking meloxicam 15mg for 11days. when can i completely safely take advil? i read the half life is -20hours so should i wait until 80hours? for back pain, how long can you take meloxicam daily? 10days? 2weeks?

: Meloxicam and Advil are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that work by reducing inflammation and pain. However, taking both drugs together can increase the risk of side effects such as stomach ulcers, bleeding, and kidney damage. Therefore, it is important to know when it is safe to take Advil after taking Meloxicam. 1/2 life 20 hrs. so 80 hrs should be good.

Never mix!: both medications are NSAIDS and can cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken together, as well as kidney and/or liver issues. Hopefully, you only did this once and all should be well.

Why Scared?: Not sure why you would be unsure about taking Meloxicam if your doctor prescribed it for you.  Did you read the pharmacy drug insert ?  Is there something else we dont know from your question?
It is usually a med that is not as irritating to the GI tract as Advil.  It is prescribed often and even given twice a day.Maybe your pharmacist could help here. Recontact doctor as well.

See below: Advil is the same class of medication as Mobic (meloxicam) and advil used to be prescription only.  If you try mobic, (meloxicam) leave off the advil as you cannot take both together.

May need followup: Alkaline phosphatase can be of both bony and liver origin, so your doctor may do follow-up. NSAIDS have been studied for effect on ALP and found not to be associated. Your underlying disorder might be.
