No: Until further advised by your physician, increasing your dosage of trazadone may or may not produce a unwanted dosage response along with lunesta (eszopiclone). You should have your doctor figure out why you can't fall asleep first instead meds.

Not much: This will have the primary effect of one dose but will cause no harm or problems.  Simply a wasted extra pill.

my neurologist prescribed zanaflex 4mg to take at night as a migraine preventative and im also prescribed lunesta 2mg for insomnia. can i take these two together?

Disagree with combo: Each independently is relatively safe, but together would have additive drowsiness, sedation, and affect normal sleep stages.  You would likely feel hung over in the morning.  In my opinion, there are far better ways of preventing migraine headaches.  Consider getting a second opinion.

After you wake up!: This may make you rather sleepy but after you wake up you should be fine. While a high dose, it is not dangerous unless you are driving or doing something that requires you to be alert.

Above FDA limit: The FDA limit per day is 3mg, and they are actually now recommending less than that.

: The combination of BuSpar and Lunesta may cause an increased/combined sedating effect but there would be no harmful, lasting drug interactions from taking the two drugs together.

Lunesta (eszopiclone): The recommended dose is 2 or 3 mg, if you do not have liver disease, otherwise 1 mg is safer, if you need more than 3 mg it is better to see sleep doctor to find out the cause of your insomnia.
