Time: I would start with rest fluids and treat your symptoms. If you have a fever take paracetamol and cooling measures. If you have muscle aches take ibuprofen. If you have a runny nose take a decongestant and consider an anti-histamine. Take an anti-nausea medication if you feel sick. High dose vitamin C and garlic are thought to have some immune boosting properties. It should get better if not see GP

Get checked: I would recommend seeing your healthcare provider. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic. You may need to be tested for Covid-19.  Some of the symptoms include fatigue, loss of sense of smell/taste, muscle aches, shortness of breath, chest pain, cough, fever, sore throat and chills/shakes.  Also recommend that you quarantine at home for at least 10 days until 24 hours no fever without meds
